Welcome to the Estates Training Advisory Group (E-TAG)
The Estates Training Advisory Group (E-TAG) is a dynamic team composed of current and former NHS Estates professionals dedicated to supporting the training needs of Estates personnel. Since its establishment in February 1993, E-TAG has been assessing training requirements and organising events tailored to meet those needs.
Our Mission
Our mission is clear: to provide cost-effective training opportunities that cater to all levels of Estates staff, from tradespeople to directors. Originally focused on estates management, we have since expanded our scope to include training for tradespeople and supervisors, reflecting the evolving needs of the sector.
Our Experience
Since 1994, E-TAG has successfully delivered over 80 one-day conferences, receiving enthusiastic support and consistently positive feedback from participants. Our events are designed to equip Estates personnel with the knowledge, skills, and mindset needed to adapt to ongoing changes, meet challenges head-on, and excel in an ever-evolving environment.
